Logan County Marriage License Requirements

Applying for a marriage license in Logan County requires both parties to visit the Probate Court together in person. This is set by ORC Chapter 3101. You need valid photo ID. If you were married before, bring the final divorce decree or death certificate for your former spouse.

The license fee runs between $50 and $65. There is no waiting period in Ohio. The license stays valid for 60 days. If not used within that time, it expires.
